Persons with Bipolar Disorder
Bipolar disorder is generally a misunderstood mental illness.
Bipolar patients are misdiagnosed, often as having ADHD or Depression.
As a matter of fact, they swing between "highs" and "lows" as if they are literally on a roller coaster.
It is hard for patients and their psychologists to diagnose this disease because of the fact that they are, indeed, polar. They are complete opposites of each other, and though some people experience rapid changes, many have a phase over a course of months or even years.
This community was created in hopes that people with bipolar disorder can support eachother and inform others.
